VIN in use

If a vehicle’s VIN is already assigned to another customer, a warning message appears:

If the VIN is correct and the new information should be used as entered, click "Change Owner" to close the message and continue with the appointment.

If the VIN is correct but the customer shown in the message is actually the correct one, click "Use Matched Customer". This customer's information will be displayed in the Client & Vehicle page and the appointment can be continued.
